During this session, we explore the power of conscious breathing to promote relaxation, release emotional blockages, and improve overall well-being. The gentle and healing energy of cacao will support you in connecting more deeply with yourself and your breath.

Trust yourself to surrender to the breathing process. As you breathe, you may feel different sensations, emotions, or memories arise. Remember that these are a natural part of the process. They are allowed to be there.

After the breathwork session, it is common to experience a deep sense of relaxation, mental clarity, and emotional release. Everyone experiences the session in a unique way.

Contraindications:

Breathing exercises are not appropriate at this time in the following situations: pregnancy, severe PTSD, very active use of recreational drugs, use of medications that alter brain structure such as anti-anxiety, antidepressants, ADD and OCD medications, retinal detachment, glaucoma, kidney disease, high blood pressure, chronic hyperventilation, cardiovascular disease, previous seizures or strokes, aneurysm, epilepsy or history of seizures, thyroid disease, diabetes, severe asthma (milder forms can be discussed), bipolar disorder, schizophrenia or other psychiatric disorders, severe psychosomatic disorders, recent surgery or injury, hospitalization for mental illness or emotional crisis within the past 10 years.
