ML Shape is our high intensity strength and conditioning concept separated in 3 types of workout: Cardio, Burn & Booty. Every workout features different gear like the Skillmill for intense running, plyo box jumps for agility and core exercises for stability. But also beat based with hand and body weights.

what do i need?

All you need to wear is something comfortable to sweat in and a water bottle. We’ve got everything else covered! You’re always free to bring your own mat with you.

ML Shape & Cardio

A 45 minute ML Shape & Cardio workout is divided into stations, all designed to help you build strength and conditioning.

Station 1: The Skillmill is for intense running. Station 2: Plyo box to improve your agility and get your heart pumping. Station 3: The mat for core stability. Station 4: high-intensity exercises using light weights.

ML Shape & Booty

In our ML Shape & Booty classes, you'll stay grounded on the mat for a beat-based, follow-the-trainer booty workout.

We'll be using a booty band and light weights to ramp up the intensity. Don’t be fooled by the light weights—long holds, high repetitions, and minimal rest will make you feel the burn. One thing’s for sure: your booty will be on fire!

These classes are all about building strength and conditioning in a totally new way!


You'll use your own body weight, plus weights and bands, to create an intense workout that's perfectly in sync with the beat of uplifting music. In only 45 minutes you move together and get stronger together.

What advantage do I get from ML Shape?

You work at high intensity, burning a lot of calories and staying in your after burn for longer than you would in a regular exercise class. And you produce endorphins, which makes you feel great!

How can I join an ML Shape class?

If you already have an ML product in your account, you can book an ML Shape class via the schedule in our ML City app.

If you do not have an ML City product in your account, you can purchase a product via www.mlcity.nl/pricing. You can book an ML Shape class with any product.

What do I do if I need to cancel my class?

You can cancel your class for free up to 4 hours before the class starts, after that you loose your credit. Something last minute happens? Please send us a message!

Are there any house rules?

Please wear clean shoes inside of our gym.


Treat each other with respect, we think it is very important that people can be themselves. Since we think this is our most important house rule we ask you to send us a message if you do not get this feeling.


Please be in time. The door closes 2 minutes before the class starts, so make sure you are there 5 minutes before the class starts. Are you coming for the first time? Please make sure you are there 10 minutes before class starts.
