In just 45 minutes we'll pump you up with intensity and motivation as we strengthen ourselves by doing push ups, fun choreo's and lifting hand weights to the uplifting beats of the music. This class is a full body party workout, a complete escape from your daily routine. Mark our words, you won't be able to live without it. It's just a matter of time!

what do i need?

All you need to wear is something comfortable and flexible. During winter and during Yin Classes it’s best to dress in multiple layer and to wear socks with grip. You can always bring a water bottle if you’d like. We’ve got everything else covered! And you’re always free to bring your own mat with you.

ml flow yoga

During flow yoga, the basic techniques follow each other in a flowing, calm rhythm that is determined by the breath. By concentrating on your breathing and connecting your movements to it, you increase your ability to concentrate. You can see slow flow yoga as a kind of moving meditation.

ML Vinyasa yoga

Vinyasa yoga is a dynamic form of yoga. Vinyasa is also known as Flow yoga: it is best thought of as coordination of a flow of certain postures with the movement of breathing. You flow, as it were, from one posture to another in a sequence.

ml hatha yoga

Hatha Yoga is one of the oldest yoga styles where the focus is on balancing body and mind. Breathing is an important theme. Concentrating on your own body. Regardless of the style of yoga practiced, the essence is the same: within yoga everything revolves around self-discipline.

ml yin yoga

Yin Yoga is all about surrender and relaxation. To achieve this, you stay in a pose longer (3 -10 minutes) than with other forms of yoga. Each posture is aimed at reaching a specific part of the body (at a deeper level) in order to resolve resistance or tension there.

How can I join an ML Yoga class?

If you already have an ML product in your account, you can book an ML Yoga class via the schedule in our ML City app.

What do I do if I need to cancel my class?

You can cancel your class for free up to 4 hours before the class starts, after that you loose your credit. Something last minute happens? Please send us a message!

Are there any house rules?

Please wear clean shoes inside of our gym.


Treat each other with respect, we think it is very important that people can be themselves. Since we think this is our most important house rule we ask you to send us a message if you do not get this feeling.


Please be in time. The door closes 2 minutes before the class starts, so make sure you are there 5 minutes before the class starts. Are you coming for the first time? Please make sure you are there 10 minutes before class starts.
