In just 45 minutes we'll pump you up with intensity and motivation as we strengthen ourselves by doing push ups, fun choreo's and lifting hand weights to the uplifting beats of the music. This class is a full body party workout, a complete escape from your daily routine. Mark our words, you won't be able to live without it. It's just a matter of time!

i'm a first timer

It's so great that you're trying something new! We guarantee you'll leave smiling from ear to ear. But before your first class, we want to give a few tips.

1. be on time

Make sure you arrive at least 10 minutes before the start of the ride so we have plenty of time to help you get your bike ready.

2. Sweat towels provided

This full body workout can get a little sweaty. So we provide towels to wipe off your sweat during the class.

3. Water is your friend

Make sure you take a well-stocked water bottle with you. This is the perfect way to keep yourself hydrated. And if you forget your water, don't worry. We have Marie Stella Maris water available in the studios.

4. Shoes

We always recommend cycling shoes (mtd spd click system). They'll help you push and pull harder on the paddle to increase the intensity. If you don't have them, no problem – regular workout shoes also work fine.

5. You'll get the hang of it

It's totally normal to feel a little nervous when trying something new. We're here to help. We'll set you up, give you all the tips and tricks you need, and be there to support you every step of the way. But we do know your first ride might be a little bumpy, but after a couple of times, you'll be riding like a pro!

How can I join an ML Cycle class?

If you already have an ML product in your account, you can book an ML Cycle class via the schedule in our ML City app.If you do not have an ML City product in your account, you can purchase a product via www.mlcity.nl/pricing. You can book an ML Cycle Class with any product.Is this your first time? You can buy your Trial Class here: https://www.mlcity.nl/trial

What is the best body position for cycling? What should I look out for?

Your riding position should be with your chest up, your spine straight, your shoulders relaxed, your elbows soft, and your hips slightly bent forward.

Can I attend an ML Cycle class during pregnancy⁠?

We have lots of women who are in class during their pregnancy, however, we always recommend consulting your doctor before attending our classes.

Please make sure that you let your instructor know you are pregnant before the start of class so they can make any necessary modifications for you. We advise you to arrive 15 minutes ahead of class start time so we can set you up accordingly.

Are all ML Cycle classes the same?

All ML Cycle classes are high intensity. You can always adjust the intensity of the class by staying on the saddle, taking an extra drink break and focusing on your breathing. Each instructor brings their own style of cycling and taste in music, so it's a good idea to try a few to find the perfect fit. The instructors also work hard to surprise you with new choreographies, exercises and music each week.

What do I need to bring for my ML Cycle Class?

What happens when I’m to late for a class?

Make sure you arrive at least 10 minutes before the start of the ride so we have plenty of time to help you get your bike ready.

The doors will close 2 minutes before the class starts. If the doors are closed, you won't be able to join the class.

Are there any house rules?

Please wear clean shoes inside of our gym.


Treat each other with respect, we think it is very important that people can be themselves. Since we think this is our most important house rule we ask you to send us a message if you do not get this feeling.


Please be in time. The door closes 2 minutes before the class starts, so make sure you are there 5 minutes before the class starts. Are you coming for the first time? Please make sure you are there 10 minutes before class starts.

What do I do if I need to cancel my class?

You can cancel your class for free up to 4 hours before the class starts, after that you loose your credit. Something last minute happens? Please send us a message!
