Improve your strength and mobility by joining our diverse range of ML Stretch classes, including Pilates for core strength and alignment and Barre for toning, strength and balance.

In just 45 minutes we'll pump you up with intensity and motivation as we strengthen ourselves by doing push ups, fun choreo's and lifting hand weights to the uplifting beats of the music. This class is a full body party workout, a complete escape from your daily routine. Mark our words, you won't be able to live without it. It's just a matter of time!

what do i need?

All you need to wear is something comfortable to sweat in and a water bottle. We’ve got everything else covered! You’re always free to bring your own mat with you.

ml barre

Barre combines movements from Pilates, ballet and yoga, some of which are performed on the ballet barre. This strength training works all muscle groups through small, repetitive movements. Our modern barre classes sculpt your body and honestly are just a lot of fun and laughter. Using bands and hand weights, we strengthen your legs, glutes, arms and abs using ballet techniques to make you leaner and longer. Be prepared to get a little sweaty as the exercises can be intense.

With weekly 45 minute barre classes, you'll see improved posture, reduced back and neck pain, toned arms, lifted glutes and stronger legs. You don't have to be a ballerina to keep up, but be open to learning new techniques to improve your posture.

ML pilates

Pilates is an amazing workout method that focuses on your core muscles, including your abs, back, and all connecting muscles. The best thing about Pilates is that it's so precise, so you can be sure you're engaging the right muscles without overloading or injuring your back. Just move with concentration and perform each exercise with intention. One mindful movement is more effective than five careless repetitions. It doesn't matter if you're a beginner or advanced, Pilates adapts to your level, keeping the focus and intention consistent. We've got all kinds of Pilates for you to try! From the Burn series to the foundations and flow, there's something for everyone.

What advantage do I get from Pilates or Barre?

arre and Pilates have many advantages. First and foremost, both classes are a lot of fun to do, a 45 min class flies by. This means that you will want to come back, you will see results faster and your progress is guaranteed.

As far of Barre you become more flexible, the exercises that come from ballet are often good for becoming more flexible. Your hips will feel smoother and looser after a barre workout. You become stronger. The high volume of repetitions in the exercises ensures that your muscles have to maintain this for longer. This will help you build muscles and therefore become stronger. This, in combination with the small movements and stretching in between, ensures that you get long, beautiful muscles.

Do I have to be flexible for Barre or Pilates?

Absolutely not! We're so happy you're here. These classes are designed to help you become more flexible, and we're here to support you every step of the way. The challenging exercises combined with stretches will make your body feel looser and smoother.

During an ML Barre class, what exercises do I do?

Barre workouts are partially performed at the barre and consist mainly of upright movements. The exercises are divided into different muscle groups. In a workout, you will always work your core, upper body, buttocks and legs in a few minutes at the barre with solid Pilates exercises. The lower body section usually consists of variations on squats, pliés and lunges. You work your core on the mat, and stretching is the ultimate zen ending of your class.

During an ML Pilates Class, what exercises do I do?

Pilates focuses on strengthening the muscles of the abs, back, pelvic floor, spine and side breathing. All exercises focus on this, but are diverse so it keeps to be fun and challenging. The movements are fluid and smooth, and the exercises are performed with concentration and mindful breathing.

What do I wear/bring to a ML Pilates or ML Barre class?

All you need to wear is something comfortable to sweat in and a water bottle. We’ve got everything else covered! You’re always free to bring your own mat with you.

Are there any house rules?

Please wear clean shoes inside of our gym.


Treat each other with respect, we think it is very important that people can be themselves. Since we think this is our most important house rule we ask you to send us a message if you do not get this feeling.


Please be in time. The door closes 2 minutes before the class starts, so make sure you are there 5 minutes before the class starts. Are you coming for the first time? Please make sure you are there 10 minutes before class starts.

What do I do if I need to cancel my class?

You can cancel your class for free up to 4 hours before the class starts, after that you loose your credit. Something last minute happens? Please send us a message!
