ML Sweat is our high intensity strength and conditioning concept separated in two types of workout: ML Sweat & ML Burn. ML Sweat features the Skillmill for intense running, plyo box jumps for agility and core exercises for stability. ML Burn also focuses on strength and conditioning, but to the beat of music with hand and body weights.

In just 45 minutes we'll pump you up with intensity and motivation as we strengthen ourselves by doing push ups, fun choreo's and lifting hand weights to the uplifting beats of the music. This class is a full body party workout, a complete escape from your daily routine. Mark our words, you won't be able to live without it. It's just a matter of time!

what do i need?

All you need to wear is something comfortable to sweat in and a water bottle. We’ve got everything else covered! You’re always free to bring your own mat with you.

A 45 minute ML Sweat workout is divided into 4 stations, all designed to help you build strength and conditioning. Station 1: The Skillmill is your chance to really push yourself with some intense running. Station 2: Plyo box jumps are a great way to improve your agility and get your heart pumping. Station 3: The mat is your place to work your core and build stability. Station 4: Big Weights is where you'll build strength in your muscles. Three rounds of different exercises on these stations will push you to your best!

These classes are all about building strength and conditioning in a totally new way! You'll use your own body weight, plus weights and bands, to create an intense workout that's perfectly in sync with the beat of uplifting music. In only 45 minures you move together and get stronger together.

What do I wear/bring to a ML Sweat or ML Burn class?

During an ML Burn or ML Sweat class, what exercises do I do?

This workout is a great mix of upper body, abs, back and lower body exercises like lunges, squats, bicep curls and shoulder presses. It's also got some high-energy conditioning exercises like squat jumps and running with high resistance. And you can add weights if you want to make it more challenging!

What advantage do I get from ML Sweat or ML Burn?

You work at high intensity, burning a lot of calories and staying in your after burn for longer than you would in a regular exercise class. And you produce endorphins, which makes you feel great!

How can I join an ML Burn class?

What do I do if I need to cancel my class?

You can cancel your class for free up to 4 hours before the class starts, after that you loose your credit. Something last minute happens? Please send us a message!

Are there any house rules?

Please wear clean shoes inside of our gym.


Treat each other with respect, we think it is very important that people can be themselves. Since we think this is our most important house rule we ask you to send us a message if you do not get this feeling.


Please be in time. The door closes 2 minutes before the class starts, so make sure you are there 5 minutes before the class starts. Are you coming for the first time? Please make sure you are there 10 minutes before class starts.
